Built across the lane.
Accountable on your side.
Serica Materials opens direct access to pre-qualified Chinese producers for European industrial buyers — factory-level economics with professional European coordination. Eight years of China-side operations and European execution infrastructure, built into a single service layer.
One lane. Two operations. Built across both sides of the trade.
// The China-side operation manages supplier qualification, factory audits and pre-shipment QC. The Europe-side operation coordinates documentation, logistics and the buyer relationship. Both operate under a single engagement — no China expertise required from the buyer.
The system, not the people.
Six rules govern what enters coverage, who carries the risk and how every shipment is priced. They are deliberately structural, not personality-led.
Compliance-led, not arbitrage-led
We do not chase price gaps. We open lanes where REACH posture, anti-dumping clearance and producer documentation can be held by a European counterparty over multiple cycles, not reassembled per transaction.
Two-entity legal model
China-side and Europe-side operations are structurally separated. The China-side manages supplier relationships and QC. The Europe-side coordinates logistics, documentation and the buyer relationship. Each plays a defined role across the lane.
Pre-qualified, not on-demand
The supplier network and compliance documentation for every covered material exist before any buyer inquiry. When you come to Serica, the qualification work is already done — you are accessing an existing asset, not initiating a search from cold.
Qualified-cluster discipline
Five clusters under coverage — chosen for spread durability and compliance traction. Categories outside these clusters are assessed but not carried into the active portfolio. Breadth, on its own, is not the objective.
Accountability-first
Pre-shipment QC and CoA / SDS / TDS documentation are part of the standard package — not paid add-ons. Nothing is charged for that the buyer cannot verify was done. Claims are managed through Serica's European operation.
Cohort research rhythm
Materials advance to active coverage only after a documented batch review cycle — not individually on request. The programme log is public. Every SKU shows its current gate position before any buyer conversation begins.

Serica Materials launched
Commercial launch — five clusters in active coverage, programme log and request gate open.
Portfolio entry is gated, not granted.
Every segment and SKU passes through the same documented assessment, in the same sequence, every cycle. 113 segments currently under monitoring.
Structural spread confirmed
The category is screened before any supplier is approached. China production share, EU market gap, and price spread are assessed for structural durability. TARIC clearance and REACH manageability confirmed before any SKU enters the programme.
No open regulatory questions
TARIC anti-dumping status verified against the EU trade defence database. REACH posture mapped for the full product family — registration pathway confirmed. No material advances past this gate with an unresolved regulatory position still on record.
Two producers per SKU
Factory audit protocol applied to every shortlisted producer. Full documentation batch reviewed on file: CoA, SDS, TDS, and export licence history. Producers scored across five axes — supplier quality, compliance posture, logistics fit, commercial leverage, and strategic fit.
Active coverage is a batch decision
Materials advance into the live portfolio together after a full cohort review — not individually on request. The programme log is public; each SKU shows exactly where it sits in the qualification sequence before any buyer contact begins.
